Coaching with the focus on empowering individuals on their Spiritual and wellness paths. You will learn to utilize and strengthen intuition, grounding techniques, education on crystals, therapeutic essential oil education, Spiritual & metaphysical tools, meditation and energetic protection. Offered both in one-on-one sessions and in group settings in the form of workshops and classes.
Jenn offers individual Intuitive and Spiritual Wellness coaching sessions at Of The Essence. These sessions are typically recommended no less than bi-weekly for 60 minutes or weekly for 30-minute sessions but is dependent on each individual’s needs. These sessions focus specifically on assisting client’s with gaining a more in-depth understanding of their intuition and spirituality, how to best utilize personal gifts and strengths in order to achieve a greater sense of confidence and stability and assists in achieving personal goals and well-being in all areas of their lives.
Jenn offers offsite group education (events, retreats, company team building, etc…) around mindfulness, meditation, Spirituality, and many other topics on mind/body/Spirit wellness both domestically and abroad for small and large groups.
Specific modality (including Reiki Master Teacher training), gift training, crystal healing, herb and aromatherapy education, and divination tool certification training is available limitedly and as spots become available. In person group sessions and workshops will be offered monthly in the evenings and on weekends and all scheduled session/class details will be available for viewing on the websites calendar of events. Online group coaching sessions and Holistic Practitioners (“Stardust & Moonbeams”) are available by monthly subscription for $33 per month and are held bi-weekly via Zoom (morning and evening groups available). Of The Essence has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that things come up in life that prevent people from being able to keep scheduled appointments. We ask that we be notified at least 24-hours before a scheduled appointment if there is a need to cancel or reschedule and agreement of a charge of 75% of the session amount if you are unable to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
