SUNDAY December 22nd 4PM EST- TEA TIME

Join us at the Wellness studio on the 4th Sunday of the month (we will break a few times per year)! This is a chance for us to come together as a wellness community, enjoy each others presence, sip a warm beverage together and have a group chat! Topics will change monthly and will always include a collective guidance component. Everyone is welcome to joint and there is no cost to attend. We just ask that you bring warm beverage supplies or a donation to the studio to cover the costs of hosting the monthly event. Also Bring your favorite mug/cup!
